– From store opening to closing, we continuously monitor employees and customers. Any suspicious activity, including grab-and-run theft or robbery, is detected and addressed in real time.

Loss Prevention –

Daily checks on all employees to detect and prevent employee theft, customer theft, payment rejections, fake activations, unrecorded accessory sales, and overcharging.

Performance Checks

Monitoring employee and manager interactions, identifying reasons for low sales, and ensuring that employees consistently pitch new promotions. We also verify whether employees inform customers about ongoing promotions, explain 3-month activation benefits, and properly check customer accounts.

DM Tracking & Time Verification

Tracking time spent in the store vs. backroom, monitoring breaks, preventing theft, and ensuring no false clock-ins or clock-outs to create extra hours for employees.

Store Compliance

Ensuring staff wear proper uniforms and name tags, maintain professional appearance, follow VSA device procedures, avoid idle sitting or leaving the store unattended, and comply with rules such as no vaping, eating at the register, or engaging in unrelated activities during work hours.

Quality Assurance

Verifying all phone sales, refunds, discounts, and preventing misuse by employees. Monitoring inventory closely to ensure all accessories are scanned and sold correctly, while preventing fake activations.

Alarm Response

Handling alarm calls after closing hours. We verify situations through cameras and can either dispatch police or disregard false alarms based on real-time observation.
